Originally from Radville, Saskatchewan Heather moved to Moose Jaw in 1990 with her two young daughters. It was here that she met her husband of 24 years, Gerald “Ebb” Eby. Both girls are now married and also reside in Moose Jaw. The family has now grown to include 6 grandchildren!
Heather has been a self employed, full time Registered Massage Therapist for 27 years. Previously elected to Moose Jaw City Council in 2009 and 2012 and in the 2018 By-Election and most recently in the General Election held in November 0f 2020. Heather has served the city as a Councillor for 10 years and as a member of various boards and committees. She is an active member at Ironwood Family Fitness and attends Victory Church with her granddaughters.
